Another critical factor is the presence of <strong>agglomerates<\/strong>, which can create invisible internal defects and potentially lead to <strong>sudden material failure<\/strong>.<br \/>A high-quality powder, on the other hand, consists of particles with a consistent size distribution. These particles are distributed more evenly, helping to create a denser material and reducing the formation of internal voids.[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator sep_color=&#8221;&#8221; uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;574100&#8243;][vc_custom_heading uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;175071&#8243;]Powder production methods[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;182841&#8243;]Two of the <strong>most common methods<\/strong> are co-precipitation and hydrothermal synthesis.<\/p>\n<p>In <strong>co-precipitation<\/strong>, liquid zirconium and yttrium compounds are precipitated together through the addition of a reagent, producing a solid powder. This method makes it possible to manufacture large quantities of material while maintaining good control over its chemical composition.<br \/>From a structural perspective, however, <strong>the resulting powder may exhibit a degree of irregularity<\/strong>, as particles tend to form small agglomerates and their size is not always perfectly uniform.
